What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard product programs can start from 500 pieces per SKU. Selected mixed-SKU trial programs can start from 100 pieces per SKU, subject to product and packaging approval. Standard MOQ remains 500 pieces per SKU, and some retail packaging can require a higher practical quantity.
How long does bulk production take?
A typical planning range is 30–45 days after the product specification, sample and artwork are approved. Lead time varies with construction, order volume, material availability and packaging.
Can you manufacture from our drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing, CAD file, reference photograph or physical sample with dimensions, material, quantity and destination. We review machining, construction and packing before quotation.
What finish is used on acacia boards?
Food-grade oil finishing is available for acacia programs. If your market or product requires a different coating or a specific food-contact test scope, state it in the RFQ so it can be reviewed for that SKU.
